He brings over 25 years of professional estimating experience supporting commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects throughout Massachusetts. As a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Michael leads our estimating operations with a focus on scope accuracy, trade coordination, and bid-ready pricing. He oversees estimate methodology, review procedures, and ensures each deliverable reflects local standards. His leadership ensures every estimate leaving our office is complete, defensible, and aligned with local bidding conditions.
